Our intellectual property rights are important to our business. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to Copyrights, in the product known as belong to us. The Company endeavors to protect the intellectual property rights pertaining to the products owned and developed by the Company. Strict action is taken against persons who are found infringing any of the intellectual property rights of the Company. All our client(s), independent contractor(s) and vendor(s) is/are required to enter into confidentiality agreement prior to or at the time the commencement of their relationships with us. The confidentiality agreement provides that the information disclosed to such client(s), independent contractor(s) and/or vendor(s), as the case may be, shall be held confidential by them (and their employees, agents, etc.) and shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior express written permission of the Company. These agreements also provide that any confidential or proprietary information disclosed to third parties in the course of our business be kept confidential by such third parties. Similarly, the Company endeavors that all information received by the Company from or on behalf of its customers are held confidential by the Company and its employees. If a person / employee is found guilty of illegal disclosure of any of the information of the customer or of third party, and which is disclosed in confidence to the Company, the Company shall take strict action against them, including termination/removal from employment, etc.
