ISG can work with our customers in variety of ways that suits the bank as well as the contracted work. All our engagement models have been developed leveraging our strong experience of working with over 20 banks in India and abroad. Each of the engagement models have well developed set of processes & procedures as per ISO9001 and ISO 27001 guidelines including risk mitigation scenarios during pre and post implementation stages.
Our project team organization can be established either from customer's site or from ISG's site in five cities across India. For off-site execution, ISG has the necessary Third Party Processing (TPP) certifications and
complies with the required standards on security, risk and controls. For a given engagement type agreed, ISG will identify the remote support hub (Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, etc). The support will consists of regular updates on MasterCard & Visa mandates, Customizations, Technical & Functional Support and Training for skill upgradation. A dedicated Engagement Manager will be deployed at bank's site as well as ISG site to ensure effective governance of the engagement.
ISG has developed a unique engagement methodology, where in the initial stage, our Engagement Manager; clearly understand bank's guiding philosophies and business objectives for the cards business from the Senior Management (typically CMD, ED, GM levels)
Subsequent to this, our Subject Matter Experts (Functional Experts) undertake study of the current processes at the bank (cards division) and identify gaps (Incorrect processes and manual tasks) within the existing work flow at the bank.
Once detailed process flows & gaps are identified, then our Functional Experts map ISG's solution offerings in that segment and develop a custom blueprint of the solution for the bank. At this stage, our Technical Experts then undertake a Poof of Concept (POC) exercise based on representative sample of data provided by the bank. Then this POC, along with the gaps addressed, is demonstrated to the bank's relevant staff and provide the system for bank's users acceptance.
Once bank provides its final approval on the POC and the solution, ISG team commences the implementation, final configuration and deployment of the solution.
